They treat you with a smile. Professional, helpful, Payed on time and helped unload the metal from the van. It's a nice, friendly place to go. And the price I got was really good compared to others. Could have got a tiny bit more but wasn't worth the hassle or the long wait, straight in straight out here.Posted on GoogleTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I recently made a 12-mile trip from Four Oaks to West Mid Metals to weigh in some mixed scrap. Despite passing several other scrap dealers, I chose West Mid Metals due to their: •Honest business practices •Polite and helpful staff •Transparent pricing •Clearly advertised rates on their website •Efficient service •Willingness to assist As a small scale property developer i occasionally have scrap to dispose of. I've found West Mid Metals to be a refreshing change from the typical scrap metal dealer. Their professionalism and dedication make them a standout from others.....by miles! I'd like to give a special shout-out to Gaz for his exceptional contribution to the business. Well done all GabePosted on GoogleTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. If I had six stars this place deserves it. Service was nothing less than exceptional I was told by my plumber he will give me £10. But I got over £200 when I took it to this place. Don’t go anywhere else other than this place. You will get top prices paid for you copperPosted on GoogleTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.
